On October 25, 2016, PRRI released the seventh annual American Values Survey, “The Divide Over America’s Future: 1950 or 2050?”, at a standing-room only event at The Brookings Institution. The national survey explores attitudes on candidates’ qualifications and qualities, confidence in election system, free trade agreements, immigration, and criminal justice reform.
